The CEBL standardizes player data collection through a league wide partnership with Kinduct
HALIFAX - March 18, 2019

Kinduct announced today their new partnership with the Canadian Elite Basketball League (CEBL). This innovative league is now equipped with the tools needed to monitor the physical performance, health, and wellness of their athletes at a league wide level.

The CEBL partnered with Kinduct’s athlete management system (AMS) to consolidate data collection, and maximize communication while gaining performance insights amongst all six (6) teams within the league. The CEBL staff will save time and enhance how their data is analyzed, which will enable them to drive player improvement on the basketball court.

“We are excited about the opportunities that Kinduct brings in terms of technology, data, player performance, and well being,” said Mike Morreale, CEO of the CEBL. “As a league, we continuously look for innovative ways to develop our high-performance athletes so it makes sense to provide our training staff and coaches with the same tools that the best sports leagues in the world utilize.”

“I look forward to seeing the CEBL grow as a league,” said Jeff Johnson, Director of Business Development of Kinduct. “The importance and benefit of housing all of the athletes data within the league in one platform is crucial for identifying trends to optimize their athletes’ performance and training.”

About the Canadian Elite Basketball League

The CEBL is a new basketball experience that will feature high caliber professional basketball in a fan-friendly entertainment environment in six cities across Canada during its inaugural season. The league is aimed at helping provide Canadians with a premium professional basketball option that gives players, coaches, fans and other stakeholders the opportunity to meaningfully engage with one of Canada’s most popular sports. As the First Division Professional League partner of Canada Basketball, the league will begin to play in May 2019. More information about the CEBL can be obtained at
