Acadia University

University & College Case Study

University- and college-level Strength and Conditioning Coaches deal with a ton of data. Dozens of teams, hundreds of athletes — it’s not an easy job. Elliott Richardson —  Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Acadia University — is a great example of how our Athlete Management System saves time for people like him. By consolidating all types of athlete data into one place, we enable coaches, trainers, and medical staff to focus on what really matters: optimizing their student-athletes’ performance.

Elliott and his team administer wellness questionnaires to their student-athletes, asking questions about sleep quality, nutrition, and overall wellbeing. By streamlining the data collection process, Richardson says his staff’s workflow has improved immensely, and has enabled his team’s ability to modify their future strategy, such as practice duration, training times, or other load management factors.
